Earthrise has been producing spirulina since 1970. The spirulina farm is located in the California desert, far from urban areas (free from air pollution, ample sunlight), and uses Colorado snowmelt for irrigation.

The entire facility exclusively cultivates spirulina, avoiding cross-contamination with other algae. It is currently the world's largest spirulina farm (approximately 108 hectares), producing about 500-600 metric tons of spirulina annually.

Harvesting occurs from March to October each year. The best spirulina from the previous year is used to cultivate the next year's spirulina, ensuring stable quality.

The process from harvest to drying into powder takes only 15 minutes, preserving the most complete nutritional value.
